Bulgarian Book Association in partnership with Association for Culture and Literature are organizing the national Bulgarian stand at the 60th Bologna International Children's Book Fair, 6-9 March 2023.
The project is implemented with the financial support of the National Fund "Culture" under the program "SUBSIDIES FOR PROJECTS OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE'22 / SUBSIDIES FOR PROJECTS OF NATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE".
The Bologna International Children's Book Fair is the world's leading event in the field of children's book publishing. In 2023, the book forum celebrates its 60th anniversary and will be held from March 6 to 9. Given its long and successful history, the Fair has managed to attract a unique and diverse audience and become a world-class hub for the exchange of copyrights in children's book publishing, illustration, animation and related fields.
Publishers, illustrators, graphic designers, literary agents, authors, translators, distributors, printing houses, audiobook specialists, booksellers, librarians and teachers attend the event each spring to learn about the latest children's books and multimedia products on display at thousands of stands. The presence of Bulgaria is important for the development of the industry and for the promotion of the culture of our country on the international stage.
