The Bulgarian Book Association, jointly with the National Palace of Culture and Sofia Municipality, invite you to participate in ХХVІІIth Sofia International Book Fair, to be held between 2 and 6 December 2009 in the National Palace of Culture.

The International Book Fair was first organised in 1968. It is the most prestigious international forum of the publishing industry in Bulgaria and every year it brings together over 200 publishing houses from Bulgaria and abroad, which present their publications to dozens of thousands visitors in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia. Since 2006, the Sofia International Book Fair has been held under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Georgi Parvanov. The special guest to ХХVІІIth Sofia International Book Fair in 2009 will be Serbia.
